McKenna Holtz

McKenna Holtz is a law fellow who works on a broad range of labor and employment matters.

McKenna joined the firm in 2023 as a law fellow after graduating cum laude from American University Washington College of Law, where she won the 27th Annual Mardi Gras Invitational National Moot Court Competition. While in law school, McKenna worked at the National Labor Relations Board’s Contempt, Compliance, and Special Litigation Branch. She also worked for the Department of Labor’s Office of the Solicitor in the Occupational Safety and Health Division and the Plan Benefits Security Division.

Before law school, McKenna graduated summa cum laude from St. Bonaventure University. She is a member of the Maryland Bar, working under the direct supervision of an active member of the District of Columbia Bar.
