Erich Lange

Erich counsels the firm’s clients on a wide variety of labor and employment matters.

Erich joined the firm as an associate in 2022.  Erich counsels the firm’s clients on a broad range of topics, including issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act, Railway Labor Act, and LMRDA.  Erich has represented clients in both state and federal courts, as well as before the National Labor Relations Board.

Erich is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland.  He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.  Erich is a member of the American and D.C. Bar Associations and the AFL-CIO’s Union Lawyers Alliance.

Erich received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.  While in law school, he investigated unfair labor practice charges as a Board Agent in the NLRB’s Region 9 field office in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Erich earned his undergraduate degree from Wabash College, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
