Sherman Dunn provides counsel to non-profit organizations, many of which are joint labor-management organizations. We assist clients in the formation of those organizations, including qualification for tax exemption, and provide on-going advice on governance and compliance matters. In addition, we help our non-profit organization clients apply for federal grants and negotiate their various commercial agreements.
